Customers can track items online, through the courier track and trace facility. A tracking number is provided when an item is dispatched the night before delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, most made between 8am - 6pm, but in rare cases can be until 9pm.

All of our Monthly Bloom offerings include a special first bouquet which will be highlighted. After the first bouquet you or your recipient will receive a dedicated seasonal bouquet each month for the period that you select.
Monthly Blooms do not currently come in a vase, unless otherwise stated.
Where possible, please choose a date that you know will be convenient for your recipient. We recommend to leave a "special delivery instruction" such as 'leave with a neighbour' or 'leave in a safe place' so the bouquet has a greater chance of being delivered successfully. This can be selected under the special delivery instructions section when purchasing a subscription.If these options are not available to the courier and they cannot leave the bouquet in a safe place, they will leave a calling card for the recipient advising them of the attempted delivery and a proposed new delivery date. If this date is not convenient, the recipient can contact the courier depot and re-schedule an alternative delivery date or arrange collection.
After placing your order, on the confirmation page we provide you with the opportunity to leave the mobile number and email address of your recipient. This is so we can send them information about the delivery of the flowers. We advise that this is only used if your order is not a surprise gift.
To amend or cancel an order please call our customer service team on 020 3696 1136 (Call charges vary according to your service provider). Please note cancellation can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the requested delivery date. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day.
