What Happens If No-one Is In?:
In the event no one is home to receive your order, a driver will always look to leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place, unless another instruction has been specified. The driver will always leave a card stating where the order has been left.
In most cases, orders arrive on the nominated date, but they could arrive 1 working day after the nominated delivery date. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please select one of the other delivery options.Please note that free delivery is only applicable for addresses that are NOT a flat, studio or apartment. This is so that we can assign a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives with your recipient and you are provided with updates on its status.

With Yodel, you can also specify delivery instructions whilst the order is out for delivery, including: Leave in safe Place, Leave with Neighbour, or Change address.

We deliver our bouquets, wines and gifts to most of the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles Of Scilly and some areas of Scotland. If we can't deliver to your selected address, the website will advise you of available options.Unfortunately, due to many of our products being fresh produce, there are restrictions on the following postcodes:Can take longer than expected (next day delivery unavailable): FK17-21, HS1-9, KA27-28, PA20-99, ZEUnable to deliver: BT, IM, G8, GY, JE, IV, KW, PH15 - PH50, TR1-25, AB30-38, AB41-54.
If you used a tracked delivery service, you are able to track your order the day before it is due for delivery. To do so, all you need is your order number (located in your order confirmation email) and visit the track my order page.
