Each product is presented in their own box or container - see the details of individual arrangements for the unique way in which each is presented.
If you used a tracked delivery service, you are able to track your order the day before it is due for delivery. To do so, all you need is your 9-digit order number (located in your order confirmation email starting with 500 or 600) and visit the track my order page.
OUR FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICES

Our hand-tied bouquets are arranged and delivered in a stylish gift box complete with a personal message card, flower food and care instructions.
Next day and 7 days a week delivery is offered in most areas. Please enter your postcode to see what days and services we can offer.
Out of area postcodes can take 48 hours to deliver. The below excludes bank holidays. Our calendar will show available delivery dates around bank holidays.
FREE STANDARD UNTRACKED DELIVERY
In most cases, orders arrive on the nominated date, but they could arrive 1 working day after the nominated delivery date. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please select one of the other delivery options.
Please note that free delivery is only applicable for addresses that are NOT a flat, studio or apartment. This is so that we can assign a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives with your recipient and you are provided with updates on its status.

What Happens If No-one Is In?:

In the event no one is home to receive your order, a driver will always look to leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place, unless another instruction has been specified. The driver will always leave a card stating where the order has been left.

Our hampers are available for next day delivery on orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. Hampers containing fresh food cannot be delivered on Monday or Sunday to ensure products remain correctly chilled. Orders placed after 1pm will not be sent out for next day delivery, and instead rescheduled for the next working day.

We deliver our bouquets, wines and gifts to most of the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles Of Scilly and some areas of Scotland. If we can't deliver to your selected address, the website will advise you of available options.
Unfortunately, due to the fresh nature of our products, lengthy periods of time spent in transit can cause the quality of our flowers to deteriorate. As a result, there are restrictions on the following postcodes and we are unable to deliver to: AB, DD6 - DD11, EH35 - EH36, FK14, FK17 - FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27 - KA28, KW, KY9 - KY16, PA20 - PA80, PH6 - PH99, TR21 - TR25, ZE
Hospitals
We always recommend that you check with the hospital before sending a gift. This is because some hospitals or hospital wards do not accept deliveries of fresh flowers. For this reason, we're unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital does accept flower deliveries, then our courier driver will normally deliver the parcel to reception.
Hotels
We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending a gift. Larger hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to source the recipient. Our courier driver will deliver the parcel to reception, from there it's the responsibility of the person who accepts the order to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient, in the correct room.
Other Business Addresses
Our couriers can deliver to business addresses. Please bear in mind the opening times of certain offices. Although most deliveries are made before 5pm, the parcel could be turned away should the office/business establishment be closed on arrival.
